Thank you for choosing Custom Creations Florida! All our products are customized and made-to-order just for you.
Service Area: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Production & Handling Time: Because every item is custom-made, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be produced, inspected for quality, and prepared for shipment. This period is separate from the shipping (transit) time.
Shipping (Transit) Times & Carriers: Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped via UPS. The transit time begins *after* the production period is complete.
For example: UPS Ground: Typically 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Rates are based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your package, as determined by UPS. You will see the full, final shipping cost before you confirm your order.
Signature Confirmation: Our standard UPS Ground shipping does not require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer the security of a required signature, please contact us before placing your order to arrange for this service, as an additional fee will apply.
Return & Refund Policy
Our Commitment: We stand behind the quality of our work. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect your order upon reception.
Policy on Custom-Made Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products (including all items with custom Embroidery, DTF Printing, or Screen Printing), usually all sales on customized items are final.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items based on:
* Customer-provided spelling errors.
* Errors in data or text provided by the customer.
* Customer preference for a different size, style, or color after the order is produced.
Damages, Defects, or Our Error: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us **within 7 days** of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To resolve the issue, please email us at contact@customcreationsflorida.com with:
1. Your Order Number.
2. A clear photo or video showing the damage, defect, or error.
If the error is determined to be our mistake, we will gladly issue a replacement for the defective item at no additional cost to you.
